Everyone wants to be happy…but one can not live a life of happiness and joy if one is not willing to stretch out past their comfort zone. It is on the other side of your fear you will find your bliss.
Research shows that the number one regret people have when their final days in this lifetime arrives is that they lived a life that everyone else wanted for them.
What stops a person from living their own authentic life. Simple: listening to other peoples’ opinions, choices, preferences, rather than your own AND fear. Fear of failure, fear of success, fear of disappointing another, fear of not being good enough, fear of not knowing what one’s purpose or passion in life is, fear of taking a risk…
And for some, it is simply that life just happened to them.
When you face your fear, walk through it… you create a life that is authentically all yours, and you experience:
A positive mood lifting… feeling of bliss…. gratitude… pure magic
A feeling of cosmic unity …. feelings of oneness with everyone and everything around you…. feeling of interconnection
The mind becomes free from the shackles of the ego.
When you live a life of intentional adventure, the experiences you have created a sense of Ineffability, where the feeling can’t be put into words… the experience is beyond language
When you face your fear… step outside of your comfort zone… transformative change occurs, and it is lasting.
New perspectives open up, and you are changed. As if you were blind but now can see.
You start to see the deeper meaning beyond our normalcy of the day to day experiences and routines.
You gain a sense of authenticity in your life.
The scary alternative is you live your life unconsciously… in the default setting.
Living with no escape from the rat race, asking ourselves is this all that there is to my life????
Living with the constant nagging feeling that there has to be more to life than this…
and arriving on your final day filled with regret and a long list of should haves.
So many of us think the problem is that we have not yet found our life purpose or our passion,
What if the truth is your life purpose is simple… it is to love your life.
It is to experience bliss in each and every day, and that this purpose is worth being passionate about.
We have the power to create a life that intentionally and mindfully activates our brains reward system.
And each of us can live a life that makes us happy, that brings us joy, a life that is authentic and filled with purpose and meaning.
When the mind, body, and soul are aligned we experience EASE, when they are out of alignment we experience DIS-EASE
When my last day on this earth comes, I want to be able to say that I have loved this life of mine. I stood on the edge, with the wind on my face, having met my fears head on. I loved deeply, played hard, chased my dreams, and truly lived with no regrets. This likely means it was not always an easy life. But it will be a life lived well!
